will take to complete your site.

There will be a few steps that you, as
owner, will need to do
prior to publishing.
We will walk you through each step to make it easy for you.
We will be working on your site while you are doing your part.
The reason you, as owner, must do these steps is because they will
involve your account numbers.
We do not want to know this information.

These steps are easy;
... Are you going to use a "Business Name"?
Do you need to register a "Trade Name" with your state.
... Are you going to be selling something?
Do you need to register and receive your Tax I.D.
Note: If you are planning to sell something, we can also
help you set-up an e-commerce account. (accept credit cards).
To publish your web site;
... You will need a "Domain Name".
We will help you with this. This is FREE.
... You will need a "Domain". This is different from a "Domain Name".
We will help you with this also. They charge a monthly fee,
also minimal.
... You will need a "Host". This is your ISP, i.e. MSN, Yahoo,
1&1, GoDaddy, etc.
Again... We will walk you through every
step of this process but you will have to do the
set-up part that involves your account numbers.
All of this is very simple and we are
here to help.
Anyone can do this.
You may already have some of the above done or you may know how
to do some or all of the above.
We will help with any questions or
problems you may have.
Once your web site is built, we will be
available for any revisions
and/or maintenance at any time.
FEE SCHEDULE:
Our fees are based on an hourly rate,
determined by the complexity
of your specifications.
There will be an agreement which will include; an estimated time to
complete,
an hourly rate, and ten(10) days to look over your new site for
revisions.
The deposit required will be 50% of the estimated fee.
A fee can not be estimated for your site
until all information is received.
Our hourly fees are lower than any other
web building company,
(that we have encountered), and less than half of any major web
building company.
Examples:
The site you are looking at now required approx. 3 days to build.
MAINTENANCE:
You will have ten(10) days included in the initial web building
agreement to
look over your site and make any changes or additions.
Included with your web building
agreement, will be an annual maintenance
agreement which provides for any revisions to be made.
Our maintenance fees are hourly, with a
two(2) hour minimum.
Again, we keep our fees low to help you, the small business owner.
